Real Talk is a boutique-style private practice focused on humanized, culturally-sensitive mental health care. As we expand, we are looking for licensed, doctorate-level clinicians to join our team as contractors on a full-time or part-time basis.
Our ideal candidate should have experience (a little or a lot!) providing clinical services to patients with varying mental health issues and must be capable of establishing solid relationships.
Being paneled with insurance companies is a plus but not required. Bilingual therapists are strongly encouraged to apply.

Experience and licensure: 1+ years as a therapist. Doctorate level. Must be fully or provisionally licensed in Texas.
Note: becoming in-network with health insurance companies is a process that can take up to 4 months, but we may have opportunities to begin immediately.
